• Review and supervise onsite plans to ensure that COMPANY HSSE and COW procedures and standards are adhere to and that all work are conducted without incident.

Responsibility Offshore (Rigsite) & Onshore Drilling Material support:

A. Manage, supervise and record Company & 3rd Party Drilling equipment at Rigsite.
• Manage and monitor Company drilling inventory and equipment in Rigsite.
• Monitor Company Drilling non stock and 3rd party equipment, chemical and material at Rigsite.
• Monitor the Drilling Project equipment requirement and make suggestion on the equipment availability and readiness.
• Support and assist Wellsite Leader onsite on drilling project activity for Material movement and storage.
• Coordinate all boats movement with WSL and Jakarta Drilling Operation Supt.
• Supervise on transferring of all Equipment, Material, chemical, explosive and fuel from/to Boat and to/from Rig.

B. Updating Company Drilling Inventory and Material usage/movement to well.
• Update weekly and monthly of Drilling inventory and 3rd party equipment report to Drilling support and operation.
• Record and update all Material uses to Well and report to Marunda and Jakarta Drilling office.

C. Manage, supervise and record COMPANY & 3rd Party Drilling equipment at Marunda Warehouse and Jetty.

QA/QC Inspector
A QA/QC Inspector responsible to assist Operations and Engineering to ensure the long term safety and reliability of all the pressure containing equipment. The QA/QC Inspector works start from the planning, construction and maintenance phases of the equipment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all codes (ASME, API, etc) and that all company Specs are being adhered to.
Ensure that a Quality Control Package is compiled for every project and that a QC number is assigned for that project and that all the guidelines in the QC manual are followed.
Ensure that all PR/MRS sheets have proper information on them and that the materials listed on the drawing show material type, grade and schedule
Ensure that proper approval signatures are on the drawings.
Ensure that an engineering spec has been chosen for each project.
Ensure proper material control is being done, whether using new or used fittings etc.
Ensure that all material orders specify that MTR’s are required and that the proper information is on the PO’s or warehouse material withdrawal forms. The material type, grade and schedule must been shown. Also ensure that the QC id is on the above forms too for traceability to the projects.
Ensure that all welding procedures are suitable for the materials being welded and that the welders are qualified and tested to the procedures.
Ensure that each welder has his/her own stamp for identifying welds and that they are stamping their welds.
Ensure that the welders are following the guidelines of the weld procedure and that the proper consumables etc are being used and check for fit up etc.
Ensure that all drawings are marked up showing any piping changes and that all welder stamps on welds and exray numbers are recorded on the drawings too.
Ensure that the x-ray people are qualified to ASNT Level II.
Ensure that all x-ray reports and film have the QC number assigned to that project on them.


QUALIFICATION :

D3 graduate with 5 years minimum experience
Holding the Inspector certificates for: ASNT II, welding, pressure vessel, piping, tank, crane, steam boiler, radiography.

• Implement the project quality guidelines and ensure that the Contractor s quality plan activities are aligned with project quality objectives

• Oversee inspection of civil construction activities conducted at Contractor s / Subcontractor s facilities and in the field

JOB FUNCTION
The Civil/Structural Engineering Specialist is responsible for:
• Facilitating communication of various project execution issue within the PT engineering team that affect the civil/structural engineering design
• Gaining alignment with the PT on Civil/Structural Engineering needs, objectives and requirements

Evaluate / comments on civil/structural work performed by the contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications. Facilitates effective executions of civil/structural engineering and design routines that align with the project s, goals, objectives and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the PT and EMDC Function civil/structural engineering activities, progress and issues. Provides technical support and mentoring to the national civil/structural engineer.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES
• Support the lead Engineer by coordinating/communicating various issues among the Owner s engineering team that affect the civil/structural engineering design, safety and regulatory compliance of the work
• Facilitate and coordinate civil/structural engineering technical work product
• Evaluate / comment work performed by the contractor and sub-contractor to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications
• Identify and assess deviations to contract technical specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures; maintain deviation control log
• Steward civil/structural engineering quires from the contractor and sub-contractor as well as technical information requests
• Keep lead engineer informed of civil/structural engineering progress, deviations and execution concerns
• Participate in civil engineering reviews at contractors and subcontractors location
• In collaboration with the lead engineer, gain alignment with the PT on project engineering needs, objectives and requirement
? Participate in kick-of meeting with the EPC contractor and PT to ensure common understanding of engineering requirements, including deliverables
? Conduct project team member briefing sessions with respect to civil/structural engineering requirements and process

• Coordinate owner and PT civil/structural engineering portions of design review to minimize disruption of the contractors work
• Participate actively in the projects change management program
• Steward the process of capturing and communicate civil/structural engineering and design lessons learned for the project
• Assist the lead engineer in stewarding the EPC contractors activities with respect to civil/structural engineering execution including :
? Ensure that all affected parties are familiar with engineering execution plans, procedures, objective and overall job requirements
? Ensure that the contractor staffs the project with adequate numbers of qualified personnel
? Ensure that the contractor employs the appropriate design tools, including computer hardware and software
? Ensure that the contractor adheres to all specifications and standards
? Ensure that the contractor provides all contract documents, including those referred to in the job spec
? Reinforce the requirement for the contractor to control the work i.e. accurate and timely progress measurement and reporting

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities:

Manages and provides logistics services to the working assets in the company's West Texas lease area. Duties to include materials receiving during rig supply, ongoing rig operations, production fluid hauling operations, and construction project material movement activities.

Nature & Scope-Principal Areas of Responsibilities:

Serve as the "single point of contact" for the locations - to include Wells, Production, and Projects. Receive information / questions from stakeholders and follow-up on said information and / or requests.
Primary Logistics point of contact for the predetermined location focal points. Logistics is defined as any road transport, aviation, marine, terminalling, waste handling, or rail operations that occur in furtherance of the lease's activities.
Synthesize incoming land transport shipments and fulfill customer requests.
Receive and review for correctness the rig shipment request forms.
Resolve any discrepancies between rig personnel, production locations, project construction crews and contractor expectations / orders.
Contact appropriate vendor for shipping information: inform vendor of date / time needed at field location, confirm shipping units, weights and dimensions, ascertain date / time vendor will be ready to ship order
Electronically capture logistics activities and maintain key performance indicators as required
Serve as focal point for complaints / concerns from external stakeholders that come in to the operating sites regarding traffic control, dust control, or other road transport issues on the lease that arise
Interface with internal client groups to document demand for logistics services, coordinate total delivered solution
Provide "conduit" between external groups (3rd party vendors, governmental agencies, community groups) and appropriate company leaders on behalf of the company

Design tactical solutions that meet all HSSE and operational requirements
Provide operational and technical input to all phases of the aviation and road transport contracting and procurement process - including assistance with creation of bid packages, evaluation of submitted bids, and feedback on 3rd party vendor performance against an awarded contract
