Pipemill Inspector
(Jakarta – Site)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to QA/QC Coordinator for all construction activity related to Quality Assurance & Quality Control, including ERW pipe quality, pipe line, fitting pipe and valve
• Coordinating with pipe factory QC to monitor the ERW pipe quality seamless
• Responsible to ERW pipe quality or seamless bought from inside and out of country
• Verify the processing of ERW pipe production from the pipe mill process until it comply the standard and certificate issued by pipe mill from Indonesian factory or pipe material, valve and pipe fitting imported from out of country
• Ensure that contractor has conducted material checking : pipe line, pipe fitting and leak test valve that bought by EPC Contractor before deliver it to the job site.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
• 10 years experience in pipeline construction
• Certificated as pipeline inspector
• Certificated as welding inspector
• Familiar with standard code ASME, ASTM, ANSI, ANT TC 1A, API, DNV, SNI.
Civil/ Structural/ Architectural Inspector
(Jakarta – Site)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible to QA/QC Coordinator for all construction activity related to Quality Assurance & Quality Control
• Responsible for all foundation working, structure and architecture of oil and gas facility
• Responsible for overhead crane construction, concrete foundation for all production process equipment and architectural aspect built by the Contractor
• Responsible for the correctness of technical specification that has been approved in the contract for the mixture concrete foundation, structural strength for overhead crane plan and also architectural aspect of the building such as control room, operator room, etc.
• Coordinate with contractor personnel in the workshop or at the field to supervise their work in order to get the quality that has been agreed on the design
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of any major in Engineering

Process Engineer
(Jakarta – DKI Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
• Review and comment on process design and engineering deliverables, and other related disciplines deliverables of the oil & gas production facilities prepared by Engineering Contractor
• Review the process analysis and calculations, and implement government regulations, industry standards, codes and good practices
• Select and specify the appropriate processing and rotating equipment, vessels, heat exchangers, relief system, valve and piping systems for the facilities

Civil / Structural Field Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Control, review, check, inspect and supervise construction activities, especially in civil / structural and architectural work

Instrumentation Inspector

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to QA/QC Coordinator for all construction activity related to Quality Assurance & Quality Control and Ensure that QC Contractor has conduct examination for all instrumentation equipment accord with the approved procedure.
• Responsible for all instrumentation equipment bought by EPC Contractor such as PSV and gas meter has passed the test in the factory and completed with validated document.
• Ensure fabricated gas meter has comply with the AFC Drawing and suit with ITP.
• Coordinate with QC Contractor for gas meter, instrumentation equipment and calibration any equipment related with gas meter.
Requirements:

Drilling/Completion Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Making database summary of completed drilling project for comparison data to the next drilling program/plan (Offset Well Data).
• Designing well and details of drilling program for a well construction project (onshore & offshore) including all technical/engineering plan, cost estimation, material purchase plan and drilling equipment (Well Construction Program)
• Preparing cost estimation proposal and technically presented the plan to BPMIGAS to get an approval for executing the project (AFE & WP&B )

Responsibilities:

Drilling Support Engineer
(Site)
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review drilling rig contract, services and procurement including technical estimation for tender to support drilling operation.
• Arrange cost estimation/calculation for wells drilling and other support facilities, monitor and analyze the drilling operation in order to make it accordance with the budget.
• Monitor drilling operation activity and support drilling program continuity in accordance with the plan.

Drilling Superintendent

Responsibilities:
• Planning drilling operation activity with Risk assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Drill Well On Paper (DWOP) & Completion Well On Paper (CWOP). (Risk & HSEQ Assessment)
• Making Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) with section head and operation engineer in order to achieve drilling target completely (Drilling Procedures, SIMOP procedures, Completion Procedures, well control procedures, dll)
• Conduct location survey/shore base for selecting material storage place also street location and transport option to facilitate drilling operation

1. CIVIL INSPECTOR (SPC1)
JOB FUNCTION
Ensure that Civil construction works ( earth work, piling, concrete foundation works, building works, road works etc. ) are completed according to project quality requirements.
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES
• Implement the project quality guidelines and ensure that the Contractor s quality plan activities are aligned with project quality objectives
• Oversee and supervise the Contractor s quality system implementation
• Identify all deficiencies and proactively set in motion the required corrective actions
• Oversee inspection of civil construction activities conducted at Contractor s / Subcontractor s facilities and in the field
• Coordinate and interface with other disciplines are required
(i.e. Civil foundation works)
• Inspect the civil earth works, grading, levelling and piling activities including witnessing the compression test
• Coordinate with Contractor in identifying the source for concrete mix ingredients and monitor the quality of row materials through the project cycle
• Witness or monitor the concrete foundation casting and its associate works, starting from rebar form works through to concrete pouing and curing
• Witness the laboratory test for concrete, and advise the team for corrective actions if quality issue are noted. Monitor the implementation of the same
• Witness civil survey works for levelling and coordinate checking
• Inspect the installation of civil structural items and the dimensional control checks (i.e. pipe rack works)
• Monitor and inspect road works construction inside the field facility and along the pipe line right of way

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum fifteen (15) years experience in inspection of civil QA/QC activities out of which at least 5 years in client position

JOB FUNCTION
Manage Company site teams in accordance with project objectives, Interfaces with working groups at the site
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES
• Reports to construction lead and will assist him in executing his responsibilities and act in his behalf during his absence
• Monitor contract SHE program on site to ensure compliance to Expansion Project Procedures. Address goals set by the project in these areas. Reports statistics in a timely manner
• Represents PTF for all construction activities and is the project field contact with the contractor s construction site organization

Specific Requirement:
√ For Position 1 : Minimum Bachelor Degree in related dicipline, having work experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industries
√ For Position 2 : Associate Degree or Vocational High School in related dicipline, having work experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industries and holds certification
√ For Position 3 : Minimum Bachelor Degree in related dicipline, having work experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industries. Having MBA Degree will be an advantage
√ For Position 4 : Minimum Bachelor Degree in related dicipline, having work experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industries. Having MBA Degree will be an advantage
√ For Position 5-10 : Minimum Bachelor Degree in related dicipline, having work experience in Mining Industries with at least 5 years of experience in the same position
