Geotechnical Engineer (GE)
Requirements:
· Hold min Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology
· Relevant rock mechanics background and academic qualification well regarded
· Two years experience in Mining (preferably Underground or Open Pit) preferred.
· Some background in Rock Mechanics and related software preferred
· Fluency in English, both written and oral, is essential
· Good physical condition
· Hard worker
· Must demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work as part of a team
· Good communication skills and good attitude

- Creating a geotechnical analysis and study that can be used as a basis for mine planning
- Provide recommendations for handling the mine slope stability
- Evaluate existing and proposed geotechnical operating conditions for surface and underground coal mines
- Participate in the review of long range mine plans for surface and underground coal mines
- Monitor ongoing mining and geotechnical operational performance with respect to regulatory requirements
- Conduct field inspections of coal mines and respond to site incidents
Requirements:
- Male, max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university in Geology / Mining Engineer/ Civil
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same position especially in Coal
- Mastering Geotechnical Software
- Have ability to analyze slope stability, mine design, back filling design, and geotechnical investigation
- Have a certificate of POP
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, inquisitive, able to think logically, and be capable of complex analytical thinking, including spatial visualization and the ability to develop comprehensive conclusions often from sparse data. Those involved in fieldwork must have physical stamina

4. Resource Geologist (Code : RGL)
4.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology
4.2 Minimum 2 Year experience as Resource Geologist
4.3 Having “Pratama” Certification is preferable
4.4 Good ability in Geological Modelling with Autocad, Minescape/Minex

5. Mine Engineer (Code : MPE)
5.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in open cut mining operations ideally with exposure to truck and shovel operations
5.2 Thorough knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities
5.3 Good knowledge of coal mining terminology
