1. MOC Admin Lead
Job description & related qualification:
• Manage a team to employ a formal, systematic process to document, evaluate, approve and communicate temporary and permanent changes that could impact safe, responsible and reliable operating activity.
• Manage the MOC process to assure compliance with legal and BP requirements to drive risk reduction and performance improvement.
• Measure the comformance to the MOC process through Audit & Assesment process.
• Ensure that the MOC Tool is used across the Region consistently and is updated to reflect the process being used.
Essential criteria & qualification:
• Bachelors Degree in any Engineering, Natural Sciences or relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years experience as an HSSE Professional or 5-8 years operational experience.
• With highly regarded performance Experience in Operations, Projects Environment.
• Experience in analyzing data, trends and identifying emerging risks.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of change management.
• Experience in developing, implementing and managing processes.
• System oriented thinking.
2. Planning & Finance Lead
Job description & related qualification:
• Monitor Are Operating Plan (AOP) for S&OR Team after feedback from all the S&OR teams.
• Develop Activity tracked for S&OR team after collecting feedback from S&OR all teams.
• Follow up on progress of activities and AOP and update status on monthly basis.
• Provides insight on performance of AOP and Tracker.
• Responsible for activities planning for S&OR team with resource, target date, etc.
Essential criteria & qualification:
• Candidate should have significant experience (minimum of 10 years) with in above area of responsibilities.
• The candidate should have a working knowledge of Planning processes.
• Has Engineering background.
• Management systems and/or operations experience as a Planner.
3. Night Wellsite Leader (2 persons)
Role:
The primary function of the Well Site Leader (WSL) is the onsite supervision, coordination and implementation of the daily activities for the rig. The WSL is responsible for leading all HSSE, logistics and operational activities on the wells being drilled and completed. Although the work is primarily at the rig site, some time may be required in the office undertaking operations planning and “after action reviews” to capture learning and best practices for continuous improvement.
Responsibility:
Drives a high level of HSSE leadership at the rig site, by conducting audits and SOC, to deliver COMPANY s safety agenda.
• Review and supervise onsite plans to ensure that COMPANY HSSE and COW procedures and standards are adhere to and that all work are conducted without incident.
• Responsible for the HSSE protection of all personnel, plant, equipment and environment on the rig. Ensure contractor live up to their SMS.
• Leads and conduct incident reporting and investigation.
• Supervises the implementation or execution of all Drilling, Completion and Workover programmes on site (rig location) to deliver the business objectives on a day by day basis.
This includes the performance management of all drilling contractor and service providers on rig location.
• COMPANY Onsite Manager for approving and supervising all activities involving or undertaken by the rig, including all logistical requirements, required personnel and interface with Production personnel and plant.
• Responsible for the onsite compliance of all work performed on the rig or location with COMPANY policies, IM and legislative requirements.
• Interface with platform management to ensure appropriate control of simultaneous operations.
• Provide operational guidance in well planning, drilling procedures and forward programmes and actively participate in COMPANY s continuous improvement processes.
• Supervise the technical limit process on the rig. Management and control of operational costs, by optimising activities on the rig.
• The daily reporting of all well activities and costs in accordance with COMPANY policy and IADC standards.
4. Drilling HSE Coach (2 persons)
10 years of Drilling HSE related experiences.
5. Drilling Material Man (6 persons)
Role:
The primary function of the Offshore Drilling Material Support is the onsite offsite supervision, coordination and implementation of the daily activities of material storage and movement for the rig. The primary function of the Onshore Drilling Material Support is the onsite logistic base supervision, coordination and implementation of the daily activities material of storage and movement for the rig.
Responsibility Offshore (Rigsite) & Onshore Drilling Material support:
A. Manage, supervise and record Company & 3rd Party Drilling equipment at Rigsite.
• Manage and monitor Company drilling inventory and equipment in Rigsite.
• Monitor Company Drilling non stock and 3rd party equipment, chemical and material at Rigsite.
• Monitor the Drilling Project equipment requirement and make suggestion on the equipment availability and readiness.
• Support and assist Wellsite Leader onsite on drilling project activity for Material movement and storage.
• Coordinate all boats movement with WSL and Jakarta Drilling Operation Supt.
• Supervise on transferring of all Equipment, Material, chemical, explosive and fuel from/to Boat and to/from Rig.
B. Updating Company Drilling Inventory and Material usage/movement to well.
• Update weekly and monthly of Drilling inventory and 3rd party equipment report to Drilling support and operation.
• Record and update all Material uses to Well and report to Marunda and Jakarta Drilling office.
C. Manage, supervise and record COMPANY & 3rd Party Drilling equipment at Marunda Warehouse and Jetty.
• Manage and monitor COMPANY drilling inventory and equipment in Marunda Warehouse.
• Monitor COMPANY Drilling non stock and 3rd party equipment, chemical and material at Marunda Warehouse and Marunda Jetty.
• Monitor the Drilling Project equipment requirement and make suggestion on the equipment availability and readiness.
• Support Drilling project activity for Material movement.
D. Updating COMPANY Drilling Inventory and Material usage/movement to well.
• Update weekly Drilling inventory report to Drilling support and operation.
• Process of all COMPANY Drilling Equipment transaction (To Well or ARS).
• Data entry of Material usage into system (oracle), based on each well with right coding and amount.
• Prepare storage locations and reconcile inventory when rig is offhire.
Qualification:
• Minimum of 10 years of drilling logistic & material management experiences.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self starter and ability to work with minimum of supervision.
• Have a good knowledge and understanding of drilling equipment but not limited to; tools, chemicals, fuel handling, inventory activities.
• Fit to work.
