Financial Controller - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
* Overall management of the accounting and control function of the Company
* Ensure strict compliance with the Corporate and Group Financial Management Policies and SOPs
* Ensure strict compliance with State laws and regulations on accounting and taxation
* Ensure that the internal control system of the company is being upheld, and upgraded in terms of cash control, stock control, and safeguard of company assets
* Maintain proper accounting records
* Maintain the financial operation in a healthy state (e.g. Cash flow)

Finance Analyst (FA) (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities: The role will report to the Country Finance Manager, the job holder is accountable for quality, timely and relevant financial reporting and analysis for Indonesia Lubricants business and also accountable for the development of budgets and forecast as well as tracking and reporting actual performance against budgets and forecast. The job holder will also ensure effective system of reporting and forecast with integrity, transparency and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
* Min. 5 years experience in Finance / Accounting department in manufacturing / trading / audit company
* Thorough understanding of financial and accounting information and processes
* Experienced using JDE system is preferable
* Highly numeric and analytical, able to see the entire business operation in its logical component parts, and objectively challenges the cost/benefit relativity of each.
* Strong problem solving skill
* Strong interpersonal skills and experienced in interacting with the other functions within the organization and with internal and external counterparties
* Computer literate and proficient in English
Temporary Accounting Staff (3 months contract) (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Accounting from reputable university with min. GPA 2.75
* Minimum 1 year experience in Administration / Accounting
* Experienced in using JDE system
* Having good knowledge in accounting and finance process
* Thorough understanding of Indonesian taxation
* Proficiency of basic computer software (MS office)
The Position holder will be responsible to handle any document request for tax and invoice issues, and to follow up on monthly accrual. He/she will also be responsible to open receipt/ PO clearance and to prepare any document/attachment for yearly income tax return or any ad hoc request during audit and month end closing.
