Server Admin Analyst
Required & Preferred Skills/Competencies:

BSc degree required, preferable in in technical discipline, business-related discipline or computer sciences / information technology from an accredited institution
At least 5 years experience supporting multiple/mixed platform servers such as and UNIX, LINUX, Widows Server, VMware, storage (SAN/NAS) and Networking.
Have up-to-date and general knowledge of the complete spectrum of enterprise-scale infrastructure systems technology, including multi platform servers, storage, LAN, WAN, cloud computing and backup systems.
Have expertise, knowledge and experience on UNIX/LINUX/AIX and Windows Server administrator, servers and workstations installation and deployment, multi platform tape backup system installation, multi platform server and workstation hardware troubleshooting and problem resolution.

DEVELOPMENT GEOLOGIST
The primary roles for the candidate will be to team with Geophysicist and Reservoir Engineer within the asset to perform reservoir characterization studies and modeling in ConocoPhillips Indonesia offshore Natuna assets, and to interact with the Well Planning team providing advice on placement of wells in the active and continuous development drilling program.

Responsibilities :

Identify, recommend and deliver geological modeling studies to advance our understanding of the reservoir characteristics of current and future gas fields.
Conduct fracture characterization studies, including image log interpretation and analysis, to improve the predictions of fracture controls on permeability
Interface with reservoir engineers, petrophysicists and geophysicists in updating the reservoir characterization and reservoir geomodels to improve the history match of the reservoir flow models and high grade opportunities and optimize the development plan.
Analyze reservoir uncertainties and risks relevant to assessment of development well locations
Compile post-audit data on development well results in comparison to pre-drill predictions
Interface with COP Subsurface Technology and industry to identify new technologies to advance our reservoir characterizations .
Identifying prospects and propose drillable locations through a peer review process. Developing detailed well plans and fully supporting an aggressive drilling program within a multi-discipline team.
Conduct mentoring to less experience geologist.

Basic requirement :

BSc degree required in Geology (Preferably Master Degree)
At least 3-5 years experience experience as a development geologist.
Exposure to geological model software Strong written and oral communication English skills.
Able to work in a national business setting and support remote operations users' technical applications environment.

PETROPHYSICIST
Responsibilities :

Participating in multidisciplinary teams and support the subsurface team in developing and understanding integrated petro physical, geological and geophysical reservoir flow models.
Delivering comprehensive interpretations for porosity and fluid content in addition to other formation properties such as litho logy, clay content, mineralogy, permeability, fluid contacts and pressure regimes; utilizing logs, cores and other well data to characterize the formation.
Developing recommendations and justifications for data acquisition
Preparing and communicating results to subsurface group both internal and external, at a technical and business level

Basic requirement :

Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics or Physics (Preferably Master Degree)
3+ years experience in well data acquisition (mud logging, wire line logging, LWD, processing and interpretation)
Exposure to various petro physics software will be a plus (Geolog, IP, etc)
Exposure in interpreting Basement fracture, Carbonate, HPHT wells will be a plus
Strong written and oral communication English skills.

Project Support Engineer

Responsibilities :
1. Monitor progress and performance of capital projects under Operations Department comprising the following:
Regularly update of projects progress and evaluate performance against the baseline schedule
Liaise with other functional groups and develop portfolio status of capital projects portfolio
Monthly project portfolio reports for stakeholder
Identify potential issues of a project and work with respective project responsible to mitigate the risk
Identify potential conflict among projects and / or conflict against other operation activities
2. Assist discipline engineers in developing small project schedule and ensure sufficient details are breakdown to enable progress measurement as well as monthly phasing of capital expenditure,
3. Manage input deck for onshore integrated planning covering 18 months planning and 90D / 30D activity schedule and represent onshore engineering during the integrated planning meeting
4. Ensure that individual engineering projects is executed timely within the approved budget, through:

Development of project schedule, progress monitoring in regular basis.
Coordinates interface with contractor for project kick off meeting, ensuring completion of contractor requirement prior to execution, coordinate the interface between contractors and Company operation during projects execution.
Coordinate the project progress monitoring actual versus plan on execution progress, cost spending update.
5.Prepare the required documents and coordinate the AFE closing of the onshore engineering projects.

Qualifications:

University Degree in Engineering,
3+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, exposure to portfolio projects management will be an advantage,
Has basic knowledge in oil and gas operations and understand the philosophy of planning (long term and short term) for operations activity,
Comprehend the philosophy of work breakdown structure, project schedule and cost performance and capable to develop project dashboard. Exposure to project risk analysis and management will be an advantage,
Good knowledge in Primavera, MS Project and Microsoft Office,
Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
Demonstrated interpersonal and coordinating skills with the ability to work in a dynamic project team environment to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English with strong written and oral communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess a University degree, major in Social Sciences (preferably in Marine Sciences or Anthropology) or Management.

Kodeco Energy Co., Ltd. is the operator of the West madura Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in Indonesia and is engaged in oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation. Korea Development Co., Ltd., a sister company of Kodeco Energy, is the operator of the Poleng Technical Assistance Agreement (TAC) established in 1993. It is located next to the PSC contract area. The PSC and TAC share production facilities and current oil production of 14.000 bopd and gas production of 92 mmscfd are maintained through offshore facilities located Northwest of Madura Island and are supported by an onshore base and gas receiving facilities located in Gresik, East Java.

New developments, including KE-40, KE-30, KE-32, KE-38, KE-39, KE-54, and Poleng Fields, and facilities will contribute substantial increases to the Company’s current oil and gas production capacities. Petrophysicist
Position Summary:

Participates in the determination of logging requirements and directs logging operations in assigned field. Checks quality of log data, analyzes and evaluates well log and core data in order to establish the presence of oil and gas and assists in calculating amount of hydrocarbons in the reservoir. Maintains Petrophysical Data Base. Carries out Petrophysical field studies in order to help formulate reservoir models required for establishing Full Field Development Plans, and assists in monitoring production performance throughout the life of the field.

Requirement:

- Minimum of a BSc in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Geology is required.
- 5 years experience in doing Petrophysical.
- Competencies Technical:
› Must have a thorough understanding of open hole (both wire line and LWD), cased hole and production logging tools, NMR and integrated production logging in deviate and horizontal wells.
› Strong background using probabilistic ELAN software on UNIX and IP PC-based software for preliminary analysis and generation of summary tables.
› Experience in carbonate reservoirs.
- Competencies Structural:
› Must have strong teamwork skills. Be able to communicate effectively with peers, less experienced staff, field staff, and management.
› Knows health, safety and environmental policy, procedures and objectives related to his area of responsibility, and ensures that they are effectively implemented in his domain.

Successful ventures are characterized by large drilling inventories,often horizontal wells with multi-stage frac treatments,and simplified gathering and processing systems. Low cost,execution,HSE are the critical performance measures.

This role will serve as a component of overall subsurface effort for onshore unconventional reservoir (oil & gas) early maturation,exploration,and M&A support. This broadly includes EUR & production performance predictions,analog studies,offset / competitor evaluations,and fit-for-purpose screening studies as needed.

Additional responsibilities include
* definition and management of formation evaluation programmes:
o To ensure delivery of safe and cost effective data gathering programmes
o Ensure exploration team data objectives are fully met
o Ability to make standalone operational decisions during complex formation evaluation activities
o Manage complex core analysis programmes

* Excellent knowledge of open and cased hole logging tool types – function and application,and champion introduction of new technology as appropriate

* Interpretation and analysis of Petrophysical core and log data in unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs including very tight sands,BCG systems and shale gas and oil systems

* Provide input to optimum completion of wells based on results of integrated Petrophysical & Geo-mechanical data

* Integration of Petrophysical data into asset team subsurface models for resource assessment,estimation,and reporting in addition to field appraisal support

* Carry out petrophysical studies in support of land sales,field studies and exploration support opportunities

* Proactive analysis and acquisition of petrophysical data to:
o Identify production improvement opportunities,
o Identification of additional hydrocarbon resources
o Identify business improvement opportunities

Broad general experience with onshore pore pressure prediction will be useful in support of Exploration prospect execution.
