Currently our client a multinational operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires position for project as below:
Maintenance Manager (Indonesian National) Requirement:
• Knowledge in Maintenance Management and Execution best practices
• Proven track record in incident/failure investigation techniques such as Root Cause Analysis and Tripod
• 10 to 15 years of experience in the Chemical, Oil or Gas industry
• 2 to 4 years of experience in managing discipline section in a maintenance, office engineering, commissioning or construction organization
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques
• Must be able to interpret and decide on information outside of his discipline background from experienced specialists within section
Job Descriptions:
• Manage all equipment and structures
• Ensure the reliability and integrity of the equipment and structures by the application of reliability centered techniques and establish control within an ISO certified quality assurance system
• Ensure sufficient and suitable resources and equipment availability
• Ensure complex adherence to the preventive maintenance plans (with no critical PM overdue) and ensure deviations are followed up as per the complex policies and procedures
• Develop and manage the overall short and long term maintenance plan and schedule, including detailed work scope and required resources
• Determine, develop and maintain the procedures, work instructions and responsibilities matrices that document the section processes and ensures its compliance
• Establish the maintenance section quality assurance system and act as the management nominated representative
• Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and planning tools and ensure accurate user friendly and fully utilized by the Company
• Establish annual operating budget for the maintenance section and obtain management approval
• Manage the budget by establishing reasons for deviation and obtain management prior approval
• Manage the overall maintenance performance as per the adopted best practices and established KPI’s
• Manage the maintenance contracts as per DSLNG contract management standards and policies
• Contribute and support the planning and implementation of the planned major maintenance and turnarounds via a close co-ordination with Major Maintenance Section
• Manage the provision of in-house resources to implement the planned major maintenance
• Develop the Indonesian nationals’ development plan to fore fill line positions by collaborating with relevant managers
• Monitor the career and competence development of employees under coordination
• Establish systems and tools that will continuously improve the availability of the complex
• Manage the warehouse and spares for maintenance according to Company guidelines
• Manage and implement the Company workshop system for the maintenance of site equipment
• Ensure resources and develop personnel within the area of responsibility
