Corporate Communication Advisor - ADMA OPCO - Abu Dhabi
Education
* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
* Very good knowledge of English. Proficiency in Arabic desired.
Work Experience
* 8–10 years related experience in communications, Performance Support and Change Management.
Required Skills
* Develops and administrates ADMA-OPCO's Corporate Communication process in liaison with PRD and HRD, to help the flow of information and briefing from Management to employees, as well as feed-back from employees to Management.
* Supports the establishment of Mechanism for structured and fact-based dialogue between Shareholders and the Company.
* Ensures that the ADMA - OPCO organization (direct hire, Shareholder secondees, and service contract personnel) shares the information which facilitates understanding of the vision of the General Management regarding the delivery of performance objectives to meet Shareholder Targets.
* Helps in introducing the new organization culture and values to ensure that individuals within the organization work as a team to foster and practice the new concepts for delivery and assurance of the Management Performance Systems within ADMA-OPCO.
* Provides continuous support on Management Performance Systems to line management, Company employees and particularly young UAE Nationals.
* Facilitates the implementation of The Service Level Agreements in line with ADMA-OPCO target & Requirements through communicating common understanding between Business Units and service providers.
* Plans, facilitates and administrates workshops and seminars regarding PDO in co-ordination with HRD.
* Provides support in communicating business KPI’s to ensure its understanding by all Teams Members.
* Liaises with PRD in the development and application of an internal/external communications strategy that supports the accomplishment of ADMA-OPCO’s performance objectives.
* Develops a free communication mechanism which facilitate briefings for team members from above, and allow two-way communication to improve business performance and learning.
* Helps to facilitate agreeing team performance targets and service level agreements with business and support units, to ensure their delivery.
* Supports the development of appropriate benchmarks to enable assessment and improvement of the Company communication Processes.
Responsibilities
Provides help to MBS/PITL in the support of the ADMA-OPCO General Manager and General Management in the fulfilment of their leadership role regarding the corporate vision, particularly with regard to internal and external communications in liaison with PRD, HRD and others as required. Provides guidance, strategic direction, ensures communications flows, establishes performance standards, and supports the team members in managing the image of ADMA – OPCO, and development of Corporate Communication Process.
