Contracts Engineer – Qatargas

Responsibilities:
* Basic Function and Scope :
* Review of scope of work, developing suitable pricing structure, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
* Formulate suitable tendering strategy depending upon the scope, value, type and time schedule.
* Select the most appropriate bidders list.
* Obtain STC/LTC approval for the strategy.
* Lead role in conducting site visits, pre-tender meeting and co-ordinate with user, finance and legal in providing clarifications.
* co-ordinate technical evaluation, conduct commercial evaluation, and obtain STC/LTC approval for award. Prepare legally binding letter of indents, Contracts and change Orders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree Sc. in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
* 10 years experience in preparation of tenders, Contract and contract administration, particularly in relation to services within the oil and gas industry.
* Should have good Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalising various technical Contracts.
* Good knowledge in legal practices, Contract laws and industry practices.
* Good computer literacy in microsoft office softwares and SAP ESM modules.
* High proficiency in Written and Spoken English.
Senior Production & Sales Engineer - Qatargas

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in engineering discipline e.g. chemical, mechanical
* Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil and Gas or LNG scheduling with good knowledge of commercial sales and marketing aspects.
* Good knowledge of global business practice, culture and protocol.
* Demonstrable ability to manage conflicts of interest by multiple parties.
* Experience in Cirrus Logistic Seaberth application added advantage
