Technical Sales Support - Oil & Gas Industry (Fresh Grads welcomed)
East - Loyang
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with inter departments to ensure smooth operations.
Generate sales quotations or provide follow up for sales enquiries.
Communicate delivery and quality issues/concerns on a timely basis.
Ability to utilize effective communication skills and planning techniques.
Attend to technical queries and provide explanations to customers on an as need basis.
Provide technical support (measurements of products or samples) and advice to customers, where required.
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a technical or customer service role.
- ITE/Diploma (Preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering).
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different environments.
- Occasional travel will be required for this role.
