PT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 66M oz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asian-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

PT Agincourt Resources is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:

PLANT METALLURGISTS (PRO 0424)

These 4 positions will be based at Martabe Site with FIFO schedule 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off and will report directly to the Senior Metallurgists. Responsibilities will include
• Metallurgical accounting.
• Monitoring and reporting on all aspects of plant performance.
• Assisting with plant commissioning and optimisation.
• Investigation of processing problems.
• Assisting with development and training of the metallurgical laboratory technicians.
• Provision of technical support to processing operations personnel as required.

Candidates for this roles would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Tertiary qualifications in either Metallurgy or Mineral Processing.
2. Minimum 2 years experience gained in production metallurgical role within the resource sector.
3. Experience with CIL/CIP gold processing is essential.
4. Experience with SABC Grinding circuit is essential.
5. Good verbal and written English language skills.
6. Knowledge of occupational hazards within the mineral processing industry.
7. Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook - exposure to Metallurgical accounting packages and process is desirable.

Environmental Superintendent Technical Services (HSE 0425)

This position will be based in Martabe Project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to Environmental Manager.

Role of this position is responsible to ensure that the Martabe project meets the operational commitments that have been made in the project AMDAL, RPL and RKL. Ensure site rehabilitation is conducted to leading practice standards and that site climate and hydrology data is regularly monitoring and evaluated.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Minimum Degree in Environmental Management or relevant Degree in Science/Engineering
2. Previous exposure to Open Pit Mining is preferred
3. Very good spoken and written English language skills
4. Prior experience in site stabilization and forest rehabilitation
5. Thorough knowledge of incident investigation practices to identify causes and remedial actions.
6. Experience of development and construction works in a high rainfall environment
7. Previous exposure to open pit mining operations
8. Knowledge of environmental auditing requirements
9. An excellent personal safety record
10. High level competency in personal computer applications including Excel, Word, Power Point & Project
11. Experience of development and construction works in a high rainfall environment
12. Prior exposure to ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 implementation and auditing is preferred
13. Prior experience in site stabilization and forest rehabilitation is preferred
14. Experience in identifying and monitoring acid mine drainage is preferred
15. Prior exposure to The International Cyanide Management Code

Senior Supervisor External Relations (RE 0540)

This position will be based in Martabe Project & Exploration Site with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Manager Explorations Project Generation.

Role of this position is responsible to:
• Establish, maintain and enhance harmonious relationship between the Company and local communities surrounding its exploration areas
• Support government relations function of the Company in obtaining social and legal license to operate
• Assist community program related to organising socialisation event and other permit administration

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree in relevant social science with a minimum of 5 years experience in similar work
2. Required to work beyond office hours
3. Required to work at the fly camp in remote areas
4. Good English in both writing and conversation

Land Management Superintendent (CR 0541)

This position will be based at the location of Martabe Project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Community Relation Manager.

The role of the Land Management Superintendent is to complete the process of the land acquisition and ensures all land acquisition and uses are in accordance with the applicable government regulations. Maintain and established good and professional relationship with local government institutions and government land team. Make sure that company operation and supporting facilities will not go beyond the COW boundaries.

Candidates for this role would be expected to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor Degree in Social, Economic, or Law, Preferably Master Degree in Law
• Minimum 10 years experience of Land Acquisition, preferably experience in Mining Industry
• Have a self-motivation discipline and ability to work as a Team Leader as well as a part of the team.
• Sufficient knowledge on the applicable regulations particularly on land administration.
• Good communication and report writing skills in Indonesian and English languages.
• Have a good, strong, pleasant and professional personality, with ability to easily adopt with changing government institution environment.
• Willing to work on high pressure conditions.
• Able to work and under control in an outrageous situation especially when dealing with the community
• An understanding of the principles and practices of demographic research and analysis would be desirable

Industrial Hygiene Senior Supervisor (HSE 0542)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Health Services Superintendent.

Key aspect of this role are:
• Responsible for Industrial Hygiene monitoring and control activities including assisting Mining, Processing and Services Department to carry out their activities in a responsible and safe manner.
• Responsible for monitoring of domestic water quality, kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
• Conduct risk/hazard analysis and audit in relation to industrial hygiene program.
• Develop industrial training module and presented to employees and contractors
• Build and maintain close relationship with medical centre for coordinating industrial hygiene related monitoring and education.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor degree in OHS or relevant
• Minimum 5 years experience in OHS related role in mining industry
• Attend related OHS training in mining industry
• Proficient with Ms. Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
• Familiar with HSE Inspection and Audit
• Able to work independently and or within teamwork and under pressure
• Confident leader and mentor with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate both written and verbal in English and Bahasa
