Role Overview: Taking subsea structures designs work with suppliers and installation engineers to deliver methods of fabrication and delivery of fabricated structure.
Role Activities:
Work with design engineers, suppliers and installation engineer to deliver fabricated items such as subsea Pipelines, Umbilicals, Structures/spools and Subsea connectors.
· Support tendering preparation of scope of works and technical evaluation
· Responsible for the technical integrity and the compliance with the estimated costs and deadlines throughout the various phases of the project
· Write methods, and procedures for fabrication
· Review supplier fabrication documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
· Degree or HNC + experience in mechanical engineering.
· Site experience
· Steel fabrication experience
· Experience of fabrication of subsea equipment at all of manufacturing site, site yard and also offshore
· CSWIP inspection qualification an advantage
