Job Title / Code : Hes Engineer Safety Deepwater (Ext-167/HES/EXP/CICO/DW/2012)
Summary of Job / Qualification :
Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
Process Safety in oil & gas industry, floating production unit for deepwater offshore facility.
Technical Proficiency in one or several aspects of the following processes Incident Investigation, Behavior Based Safety. Contractor HES Management, Motor Vehicle Safety, Job Safety Analysis, Safe Work Practice, and Food hygiene or Occupational Hygiene.
Good comprehension and understanding of relevant health, environmental, and safety regulations or standard.
Strong in fostering collaboration, teamwork and coordinate implementation with operations.
Strong English language (written and oral) and presentation skills are essential.
Customer focus and take initiative to prevent and resolve issues.
Relationship building to achieve team’s goal.
Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.
Desiring to work in a multicultural and diverse organization.
Strong in seeking learning activities.
Able to establish effective relationships with people of other culture and backgrounds.
