Responsible to procure of all materials and services required by the project in economic and favorable manner Responsible to have needed materials & equipment on time at the yard. Send out the widest information to prospective Suppliers so that we can have the cheapest prices without sacrificing the quality of materials, equipments and machineries.
Enquire quotation prices from Suppliers then evaluates and select the best offer which include the best delivery dates and best quality. Procure materials in accordance with project requirements and its accordance with the delivery program and prepare records of delivered materials. Prepare materials requirement schedules of the project based on the overall construction schedules to meet the companys commitments on the Project delivery to the Customers.
Check the availability of materials on stock prior to preparation of Purchase Order. Responsible for all procurement and expediting activities associated with the Project.
