Senior Associate - Upstream Oil & Gas - 5+ years Post Graduate Experience for role in Dallas or Houston

What you need for this position:
- MBA or MS of Science degree (Top Tier Universities are preferred)
- 5+ years of post-graduate work experience in Energy, Chemicals or Utilities consulting
- Experience in strategic consulting for a boutique or Big 4 consulting firm
- Acceptable experience can also be in business process reengineering as an internal consultant with demonstrated progressive advancement and a track record of professional achievement required
- Ability to travel up to 100% of the time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Experience with managing various teams at all project phases
- Experience as a subject matter expert and a high degree of involvement in the delivery cycle
-Experience with project management and people development
- 3+ years oil and gas finance, planning and accounting, specifically around the upstream sector is strongly preferred
What you'll be doing:
- Providing comprehensive project management and leadership for strategic execution on projects
- Mentor junior members
- Develop strategy, analytical and customer plans for implementation
- Requirements gathering
- Collaborate with oil and gas client team members to generate successful implementation
- Attract, retain, develop and motivate a team of highly qualified staff
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients at a senior-level and participate in client presentations and proposal writing

Opening for Hull/ Marine Engineer,Indonesia
Senior Hull Engineer : Having experience in similar function for at least 12 years in upstream industry and 5 years in FPU projects. Carry out design of hull structure, for in place and tow conditions considering global and local strength, buckling and fatigue, for a floating unit.
Making design of local support structures for all major hull interfaces including topside supports, cranes, flare and vent stacks, riser and mooring supports and hull reinforcement. Make calculations for basic rule scantling and direct strength global and local FEA calculations. Develop FPU stability and loading manual report for all the applicable conditions. Making design of hull outfitting, and develop structural key plans for midship section and typical transverse bulkhead, shell expansion, upper deck, longitudinal profile fore and aft structures.
Senior Marine System Engineer : Having experience in similar function for at least 12 years in upstream industry and 5 years in FPU (Floating Production Units) Front End Engineering & Design Project.
Carry out and perform design and engineering work as necessary to define the entire hull marine and utility systems by comprising of all fluid transfer systems and controls, including all major components and machinery. Designing of all marine and utility systems for the FPU barge and sizing of major components. Make a preparation of preliminary piping and instrument diagrams (P&I Ds) for key hull & marine systems (chemicals, slop, ballast, inert gas, tank vents, tank washing, etc).
Make a preparation of a preliminary equipment list (for cost estimating purposes).
Make a preparation of outline specifications for all major equipment for solicitation of cost estimates from component suppliers.
Have a preliminary piping studies and rules calculation, sizing / routing plans and supports.
