Responsibility:
1)Project Planning
Responsible for coordinating all actions planned for involved areas and respective project team members throughout project life cycle, from the bid & proposal up to delivery of equipment;
2) Project execution
Coordinate cross functional activities and be the main interface and internal point of contact for all project related subjects (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing) to ensure timely execution of the project within budget and quality requirements
Responsible for managing project scope, ensuring all changes in scope and variation orders are properly addressed internally and with the customer;
3) Cost Management
Proactively manage costs to be expensed, aiming to maximize Contribution Margin.
4) Customer Relationship
Hold customer coordination meetings to monitor schedule and job progress, and to validate issues and expectations.
Develop strong business relationship with customers and build a solid customer's trust, enabling the growth of the Subsea business in country
Deliver Sales and CM to forecast for the jobs in portfolio, quarter after quarter. Tactically work on the forecast of financial plan for the year to come.
5) Communication
Responsible for managing all project related communication, making sure all communication is addressed both internally and to the customer on a timely manner;
6) Account Recivables & Billing
Ensure timely cash collections on all projects, coordinate with Finance and Collections group, meet with customers to drive on time payments
Qualifications:
- Engineering Bachelor´s degree or related areas on accredited university or college
- Knowledge of Project Management systematic
-Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a project management position
-Fluent English skills, good presentation skills
- This position requires often travels
