Finance Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 7 year(s) of working experience as Corporate Finance Manager in Banking industry.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.A
Responsibilities:
* Direct report to President Director regarding the company financial performance.
* Ensured proper administration of tax accounting requirements and timely filing of returns (corporate income tax return).
* Liaison with other department such as the accounting etc. in terms of department tasks and objectives (TAO).
* Prepared and analized the budget worksheet in annual budget exercise.
* Provided analysis in monthly variances toward the budget.
* Prepared the financial performance presentations for board of directors (BOD) and board of commissaries (BOC) meeting.
* Provided leadership and assistance in running day-to-day department activities.
* Oversaw risk portfolio of loans and treasury and their impacts to financial key ratios.
