Job Requirements
An ideal candidate will have:
-A proven track record of helping major organizations implement complex change programs that have delivered significant improvements in business results.
-Ten or more years of management consulting experience working with external clients.
-Change management experience in projects that do not necessarily involve a technology component or some other capital investment but rather change management experience based on a business need, i.e., helping people be more motivated and work more effectively rather to accomplish results.
-Strong implementation skills
- Significant experience in operations improvement implementation.
- Preferred industry experience: Oil and Gas, or Chemicals.
Soft skills:
-Able to work in both office and industrial settings, including offshore.
-Comfortable working in a performance-based, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment.
-An exceptional understanding of what makes people tick and how you can help them achieve great things.
-Energy and passion for working with others to help them achieve stretching results.
-Humble approach and focused on transferring capability to the client.
Education:
Minimum of a bachelors degree.
Location:
Any Major Metro Area in US.
Travel:
Able to travel extensively in the US as well as internationally. 100% travel.
