Initially having operated as a division of Oman Oil Company SAOC (OOC), OOCEP is now a subsidiary of OOC following the Company's incorporation as a separate legal entity in 2009. OOCEP has numerous assets and diversified interests in Oil & Gas exploration and production both inside and outside of Oman.
The successful applicant will also be expected to perform business activities in managing contractors, tender bids & evaluations, manage staff and be the primary technical authority of USD $Multi Million projects. Minimum Requirements of Education, Experience, Skills Minimum of 10 years experience required in Oil & Gas Pipeline design engineering with a further of 5 years as Pipeline Manager for major projects.
Oil and Gas Job qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications required for the role is a degree in engineering
- Solid understanding of Pipeline construction
- Experience in both onshore & off shore
- Shore crossing experience.
- Gas Plant tieins.
- Emphasis on Greenfield projects
- Staff management experience (knowledge transfer)
- Excellent communications skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be able to travel when required.
Experience life in Muscat Sultanate of Oman in a senior key role to deliver major Oil & Gas projects with OOCEP.
