FE Project Control
Riau - Duri

Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable of Construction Management standards, policies, procedures and processes.
• Project Scheduling, Budget planning & control skills and demonstrated analytical & reporting skills
• Computer Literate: Experience in all aspects of Primavera and MS Project software package, Microsoft Excel, Access and other software
• Understand Project Management, Construction Drawing, Technical Standard and Specification
• Updating and maintaining accurate, up to date, schedules with the project team;
• Maintaining resource plans, risk assessment plans, billing information (internally and with Customers).
• Preparation of schedule and work breakdown structure in conjunction with Project Managers.
• Monitor Schedule throughout project, highlighting deviation from plan.
• Completion of deliverables list to assess earned value on project.
• Assist in preparation of work breakdown structure and financial forecasts for bids.
• Able to Operate Software Primavera and MS Project.
• Fluent in English both Speaking and Writing.
• Familiar with Project Budgeting, Costing and Estimating.
• Work with Project Manager in updating forecast cost to complete on projects on a periodic basis.
• Monitoring project financial performance against budget and identify potential variation orders.
• Review cost/revenue variations on projects & report reasons for change.
• Generating Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports; generating of other project presentations as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) Engineering degree qualification.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Duri.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.

Development Engineer (Ext-130/FE/EXP/CICO/OU/2012)
Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• The positions will reside in a multi-disciplinary early concept design team, and report to the Senior Development Engineer.
• The team will be responsible for CPDEP Phase 1 and 2 opportunities through to Phase 2concept selection, including exploratory/appraisal opportunities in the Kutai Basin, Indonesia. The Ganal and Rapak Deepwater PSC's host the Deepwater Gendalo-Gehem and Bangka projects, which are in CPDEP Phase 3, so development concepts to consider for the new opportunties should include, but not be limited to, tie-backs to the planned future facilites, and/or the existing West Seno production faciliity. These positions will assist in all facility engineering aspects within the team, to provide high quality and consistent facilities field development solutions that will support early CPDEP phase decisions for field development planning for KLO fields and exploration acreage.
• Will contribute to creation of new field Plan of Developments (POD) for submittal to the Government of Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
• Responsible for facilitating the development and effective implementation of the Project Quality Management System.
• Certified ISO 9001:2008 Auditor and ASNT NDT Level-II or III or equivalent.
• Experience in detailed design, procurement, fabrication, installation and turnover.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.

Subsea Engineer (Ext-137/FE/EXP/CHEVRON-IBU/DW/2012)
Kalimantan Timur

Requirements:

• Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
• Experience in offshore subsea Oil and Gas Industries (projects), preferably have deepwater experience.
• Preference experience with new field developments
• Includes development of specification, construction, integration, testing, reliability analysis and installation of subsea control systems.
• Experienced in defining and incorporating project HSE requirements into final project deliverables for execution and post-project operations.
• Experienced in supporting procurement processes for contracts related to subsea design, fabrication and installation.
• Experienced in component design and operation of Electro-hydraulic subsea control system.
• Experienced in supporting EPCI execution for subsea systems.
• Experienced in ensuring good planning and monitoring progress of key engineering deliverables in support of project schedule.
• Experienced in managing interfaces with subsea design companies and installation contractor.
• Experienced in providing technical support for permitting/regulatory activities and leading interface with Government authorities.
• Experienced in supporting development of EPCI bid packages and managing assigned contracts and contractors.
• Experienced in initiating / reviewing changes, preparing Company estimates, reviewing contractor estimates, and negotiating change orders.
• Experienced in reviewing and approving Contractor man-hours during FEED work.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).

Construction Engineer (Ext-156/FE/EXP/CPI/HO/2012)
Riau

Requirements:

• Educational Requirement: S1 Degree (S2/Master Degree will be an advantage).
• Minimum 8 years experiences in project execution especially in oil & gas projects included engineering design, construction concept included commissioning, testing & start up. 5 of these years includes experience with managing construction and related supervisory activities.
• Construction activities include the construction of brownfield facilities typically with a value under $5MM that include civil, mechanical & piping and I&E works.
• Strong technical background in piping, pipeline, tanks, pumps and other basic oil & gas processing facilities.
• Experience in project scheduling, resourcing, cost estimating baselines and performance evaluations.
• Have experience working with organizational capability challenged construction contractors.
• Familiar with standard/code/RP for ANSI, ASME & API.
• Familiar in contract process & handling.
• Willing to relocate to one of Chevron operations locations (East Kalimantan/Riau).
• Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English.
